Fleet Sales Glycerin R&D Feedstock New Plants
Establish strategically-located production facilities, seek grants and tax abatements.
We plan to capitalize on the growing U.S. and international demand for biodiesel by establishing our production facilities in strategic markets where there is strong demand for biodiesel and that have access by rail, truck and ultimately by pipeline, to deep water ports to transport raw materials from, and biodiesel to, international markets.
Establish a regional wholesale and retail distribution network.
We plan to expand the reach of our production facilities by growing our regional storage and distribution capacity in key midwest U.S. markets. In addition, we intend to develop a branded biodiesel product which will be sold at biofuels fueling stations throughout the midwest U.S. and eventually in other regions of the U.S. Our fueling station strategy is to work with truck fleet managers to offer wholesale biodiesel in various blends and at locations that are near truck routes in the midwest U.S. In addition, we plan to deliver farm-dyed biodiesel to individual farm and cooperatives in the vicinity of our production plants.
Build industrial-scale facilities.
While much of the domestic biodiesel production capacity consists of facilities having a nameplate capacity of 10 million gallons per year or less, we plan to build industrial-scale production facilities with a nameplate capacity of at least 95 MMGPY at each facility.
Promote a wide range of bioproducts that utilize glycerin produced from our plants.
We intend to sell our glycerin to new markets and develop ways to blend our glycerin into existing products that have a higher margin than is presently available in the merchant market.
Continually improve our technology.
We will continue to use our in-house research and development and engineering expertise to evaluate new process designs and techniques, emerging product opportunities, and industry developments to maintain our leadership in the biodiesel industry.
Manage feedstock costs.
We will manage feedstocks through hedging and procurement through our own contracts and working in conjunction with FC Stone, and the CN railroad, we intend to implement short and long-term strategies to minimize our feedstock costs including access to international markets and development of new feedstock sources specifically in Canada.

Our cost structure and relatively large production capacity model, will give us a competitive advantage in securing high-volume customers, favorable supply and distribution agreements and strategic site locations in the midwest U.S.
