Feedstock supplies and offtake sales comprise the two major factors in Biodiesel company survival and profitability. We have made alliances to GUARANTEE both feestock supplies and offtake sales.

Algae Primary Feedstock:

Our plans are to use algae as a feedstock. We will grow, de-water and de-oil the algae ourselves, in order to have TOTAL VERTICAL INTEGRATION from feedstock to final sales of our product. Under normal conditions, we will not be dependent upon outside sources for feedstock, and thus not be slaves to commodity market price fluctuations for our livelihood. 

Soyoil Feedstock Alternative:

We have contracted with FC Stone and FGDI for guaranteed feedstock supply and our risk management. They will also conduct all logistics services in delivering feedstock to our facilities.

Contractualy, they supply us with both Procurement and Risk Management services. At our option, they can provide all of our feedstock requirements, or we have the option of self-securing a portion or all of our requirements, based upon price and delivery.

FGDI is owned 25% by FC Stone and 75% by Agrex, a fully owned subsidiary of Mitsubishi. Agrex is  One of the largest exporters of edible soybeans.

Offtake and Sales:

As important as feedstock, is the ability to sell the offtake of the facilties. Without the "closed loop" the company could be subject business and agricultural cycles. Our offtake contract with ECO Energy calls for a minimum  of 90% and up to 100% of our production to be purchased by our marketing partner. This assures us the ability to have a ready market for our production, which all other facilities and companies do not. We have plans for spot sales, export sales, local and regional wholesale and retail sales, and regional distribution. The offtake contracts assure us a fall-back position, so we are able to hedge our operations.

We have solved the issues that plague many biodiesel operations, in that we will grow our own algae feed stock and have contracted our production offtake. We also have soy oil feed stock contracted for emergency needs.
