Biodiesel Consolidated

Corporation

“BCC is absolutely obsessed with high quality biodiesel.”

Integrated Business Model

Unlike other multiple plant operators that plan to utilize their own unproven design, inexperienced construction crews, and in-house procurement and marketing, we have contracted with proven suppliers for technology, EPC, feedstock and biodiesel sales.

    Integrated Business Model

    Upstream Strategy

    •  Include the growing of our own algae, with our own de-watering and de-oiling operations.

    •  As an emergency alternative, procurement of vegetable oils (primarily soy and canola) from the midwest U.S. and Canadian sources served by the CN.

    Midstream Strategy

    •  Obtain soy and canola from local sources under long term contract and refine it at our own crude oil refinery, giving us flexibility of supply, a potential lower acquisition cost and the ability to maintain high quality standards.

    Downstream Strategy

    •  Include estimated 49% contract, 19% spot, 30% wholesale, 1% retail, and 1% farm dyed sales, and both domestic and export sales (contract and spot) through the CN railroad and glycerin-based bioproduct sales.

    Economies of Scale

    •  Use larger plants with rail and truck access. Company plants will all be 95 million gallons per year or larger facilities in order to take advantage of processing economics not available at smaller plant locations. All plants will be located at major rail or port sites (for export flexibility) or connected by pipeline to refineries or pipeline terminals.

    Acquisitions

    •  We may acquire other continuous flow technology plants that can offer additional economies of scale, leverage our overhead and allow us to hire the best talent in the  industry.

    Low Impact, Sustainable Business Model

    •  Plant configurations will include the best available commercial technology to reduce energy costs, recycle water and utilize refinery heat and power in a beneficial manner.

We have a unique, integrated business model that can produce high quality, low cost biodiesel and bioproducts.
