Our business plan includes:
• A 96 million gallon per year nameplate capacities (106 million gallons per year run rate) biodiesel production facility located in each of Iowa, Florida, Georgia, and Ohio.
• An 80 million gallon per year nameplate capacity vegetable oil refinery. The refining capability will give us flexibility to purchase crude oils at lower cost, as well as our prime algae feedstock.
• Two additional production facilities that we plan to build in the U.S., expanding our nameplate capacity to 570 million gallons per year ( 636 MMPY run rate) by the end of 2012.
• Planned additional production capacity through opportunistic acquisitions of continuous flow processing facilities of 60 million gallons per year.
• Production technology supplied by Crown Iron Works Company, www.crowniron.com.
• Fixed price, lump sum, turn-key, engineering, procurement and construction contract with Engineering, Automation and Design, Inc., www.eadengineering.com.
• Firm Feedstock contractual sourcing for all of our requirements, and risk management under contract with FC Stone Group www.fcstone.com.
• Firm Biodiesel offtake contracts for up to 100% of our production, plus up to 120-car railcar lease with Eco-Energy, www.eco-energyinc.com.
• Biodiesel fueling stations primarily for sale to fleet managers , under a turn-key construction contract with Seneca Companies, www.senacacompanies.com.
• Export sales in conjunction with the Canadian National Railroad, www.cn.ca and access to canola oil feedstock through CN’s Canadian rail connections.
• Proposed bio-products R&D effort for new glycerin-based products, in conjunction with the National Ag-Based Lubricants Center at the University of Northern Iowa, www.uni-nabl.org .
